Time and again, Harry Schumacher brought these candles back with him from his numerous trips to Rome. Even though he´s not really a candle type of guy. These were always huge candles adorned with images of Pope John XXIII, Padre Pio and other eminent figures of the Roman Catholic Church. Even though he´s not even Catholic. So why these candles? On the one hand, because there´s nothing more Italian and, on the other hand, because these candles turned into amazing objects as soon as they became part of his living space. The room changed them.
